This is a factory refurbished non-modeling Lumedyne Head that has a 800ws AFSE standard flashtube in it. The Head's cable and connector are in good shape. The reflector is in reasonable shape and a diffusor cover is included.
This Head has a one year warranty against any electrical or physical failure. However, while the flashtube is tested and working fine, it is not warranted.
This is a factory refurbished non-modeling Lumedyne Head that has a 400ws standard flashtube in it. The ABRA replaces the normal Lumedyne reflector and has a mounting plate that allows the use of any Bowens™ style reflector or accessories. It has a 1/4-20 mounting point to keep the weight of large light modifiers off of the plastic body of the Lumedyne Heads.
There is a spring clip to lock the Bowens™ style reflector/accessory in place.
This is one of two diffusors that simply snap onto the silver 5" reflectors that we have made for about 45 years. This version is the more cloudy diffusor that will lose almost an f-stop as it considerably softens and diffuses the light going through it.
Some UV light is absorbed as well so the light is softer and warmer than when direct from the reflector.
AFSE Flashtubes fit all of the standard Flash Heads such as the Classic #001 and #002 Heads that had no modeling light feature. They also fit the new Extra Small Basic Heads HSBC.
The Flashtubes push/pull straight in/out and they will last for tens of thousands of flashes or one face down fall onto a hard surface.
Any of the Heads that have a modeling light would use the AFTE instead of this one.

AFTE Flashtubes fit all of the existing Lumedyne Flash Heads with or without the modeling light feature. They also fit in the new Extra Small Heads. They can be used at low power as well but should not be used above 800ws per Head as that is the upper rating of this flashtube's performance.

Any of the Heads can use this flashtube, however, the modeling lamp itself is separate and this flashtube does not convert a non-modeling Head to have that feature.

The ARST is the normal two position Reflector that we include with most all of our Flash Heads when new. It has a hammer dimple finish on a parabolic shape that is award winning in its design in relationship to the flashtube. When it is sitting in the forward position it is normal coverage and when it drops back into the two notches, it broadcasts a wider angle.
